I'd put a sizable purchase out of this organization and Tony Russo was the individual assisting me with it. I'd requested 5 sets of shades for my organization and he just had 1 of these in-stock, therefore he would return my charge card. 2 weeks past and our statement was still displaying the cost. Thank heavens our accountant named and rejected the purchase… Then Your e-mails began from Tony.informing me that I'd price his organization $35 for that charge-back and he's therefore unhappy in me. I checked in to the issue and allow him realize that he didn't refund our cash and we aren’t spending money on anything after which awaiting a return. Thank God for the accountant, since we beginning studying Decoration Our Eyes, and that I cant actually think all of the people who haven’t gotten their cash back. We ended it justintime.
Prior to anything was stated and completed, we wound up getting emails from Tony declaring "he hopes our organization moves under", "that charge cards businesses are retarded" and also to top it down, " we're a lot of A*holes"
The corporation is completely ridiculous. I sure wish everybody reaches study these grievances before purchasing from their store!
