Calling our customers and saying they represent our company in effort to sell their porducts

This company is contacting our customers and indicating that they represent our company. They then attempt to sell them product that we have been selling to our customers. They even tell the customer the name of our sales agents and express concern to our customers for them since they have now taken over the account.
