I placed an order 2 months ago... 2 weeks later, half of the order arrived. No note or any indication where the other was. Called 'customer service' and left voice mail and also sent an email. Website promises 24 hour responses. Never heard back in either case. Finally got a live person and assured the items were on back-order and would be here next week. Since that time, I have called and emailed trying to simply get a refund for the outstanding items - maybe 30 calls over 6 weeks. Never got a CS rep again. No response to emails or voice mails. Maybe they mean they guarantee a 24 YEAR response, instead of hours. Do not be fooled by the low prices - this is a Mickey Mouuse company and you risk your money by doing business with them.
