Agreed on 3 monthly payments to total 102.00. First payment came out, but the second two did not. Harassing phone calls began. They even called my work and violated my privacy by telling my coworker the details while I was out of the office on vacation. When I spoke to them about their negligence to automatically withdraw the last two payments, they said the agent that agreed to that was no longer employed there. Well, that's not my problem. They wanted to ruin my vacation by insisting on full payment of the balance and I refused. I told them they would have to go back to the original agreement and take it out in two monthly payments. I spoke to "Michael Cox" who was soooo rude, and his "supervisor" named "David Goldman" wasn't much better, but eventually I got my way. This was a lot of unnecessary fuss about not even 70.00
