Awful experience

On 12/10/08 I requested a “Betsy HTML-just website” for $200 since it was marketed to be prepared within 24 hours. I delivered many emails within the next couple of days that went unanswered.

Friday 12/12 @ 4pm - they deliver a summary of concerns for my site host company.

Monday 12/15 at 9:30am the survey was delivered back using the data they required (postponed because of the weekend simply because they delivered it at 4pm on Friday).

Tuesday 12/17 - However no site with no contact from BluDomain. I email them at 9:37am and informed them I had been worried which the website must be up ASAP since it was a brand new organization being released before Holiday and we required a couple of days to create adjustments and post information.

No reply until 12/18 at 9:48am once they stated they mightnot sign in to my GoDaddy account. “Daniel Muniz” stated the code was incorrect. Actually five minutes after his mail I believed to try again since the code WAS proper. At this period I also recognized the code for my ftp had a typo and that I told him this.

No reply so at 2:53pm I requested them to check out up and please contact if there have been any complex issues.

No answer and by this time around I am panicking. I email again at4:58pm wondering easily must simply obtain a return.

12/18 @ 11pm - I obtain a brief e-mail from Daniel stating he could easily get in to the GoDaddy bill however now he can't-get in to the ftp. At this time I understood I had been obtaining the run-around and that I might not likely visit a site anytime soon since all I had been receiving was bad connection and reasons.

Friday 12/19 I deliver four emails (yes, I had been panicked!) requesting an answer, telephone call, something! I kept getting autoresponse emails. I tested my junk e-mail file and junk folder in Comcast. I had been certainly getting their emails. However no reaction.

Within The weekend I determined that I had been frustrated which I'd request a reimbursement and employ another person on Friday morning given that they don’t focus on the breaks.

Monday 12/22 @ 11:41am - I sent and basically dismissed them-and I requested to get a return. No reply.

Monday 12/22 @ 3:36pm - instantly get a contact from Daniel stating here is your link which it had been submitted to my host. I email back instantly at 3:42 and state "Too bad... You are too late. I appointed another person I'd like a reimbursement". He creates me back immediately (the only real period that actually occurred) and claims "also poor, organization plan if we previously delivered a link". I write back and state I requested for my reimbursement over four hours before you delivered the hyperlink. He creates again and state "okay, you then ought to be ok. The dog owner may have to agree the reimbursement." I request Daniel to forward my concept towards the operator. No reply. Our hosting company appeared on my ftp website and stated there was NOTHING submitted to my host like they claimed there is. I never visited around the link.

Friday 12/26 - I e-mail again wondering where's my reimbursement. I get an autoresponder with no additional reaction. And so I e-mail Daniel and have him again to forward my mail to David who I then found out may be the operator. No reply.

Tuesday 12/30 - I then found out that BluDomain comes with an "Y" score about the Denver BBB site. I email BluDomain again requesting a reimbursement at 3:50pm. I also document a problem with PayPal.

Tuesday 12/30 @ 11:33pm - “Aundrea” replied and saying "Sorry, no discounts. You decided to that after you bought the website". I published out the contract WITH NO WHERE inside does it say no discounts. After I directed that out to her she did not react.

Thursday 1/1/09 - I email, pointing out (once again) that I had asked for the refund over 4 hours before the link was delivered. No reply. I advance my problem with PayPal.

Friday 1/9/09 - PayPal says they do not protect buyers from 'intangible items' like a site. I email BluDomain and tell them this. Aundrea emails me back within 20 units with lies and incorrect timelines attempts to blame my sponsor companies problem and calls me childish. She nevertheless will not return my cash or apologize for bad customer support.
