Coldwell Banker Vanguard-Smedley/Vanguard Realtors/Art Maxwell "You Be The Judge. Mortgage Fraud Or Not?"

1. If you purchase a home through a licensed (Great Commission Realty/Gilbert "Bud" Jones).. Through an original lender, Oakstar Bank. Their appraiser, Mary K. Craft/Kym M. Craft. The home was listed as a two bedroom and built in 1954, and orally stated by your agent as possibly three bedroom and the foundation was good for $54,000's or $55,000's with a large down payment, "ONLY" to find out "after the fact" that said home is a "one bedroom, built in the late 1800's, early 1900's and the foundation severely bad/unsafe. The appraiser (Kym Craft) appraised the "parlor and front enclosed porch/sunroom" as two additional bedrooms, "knowing for a fact a parlor and enclosed porch are NOT bedrooms, as well as those others mention above knew this, but "never made us aware of it".."Is this mortgage fraud?".."You betcha it is!".. 2. We were never able to live into the home because it wasn't the home we were led into believing we had purchased.."Is this mortgage fraud?".."You betcha it is!".. 3. The originl lender Oakstar Bank sold our sell contract to Taylor, Bean & Whitaker out of Ocala, Florida. They were aware of this situation, but like the above names never expected it to be brought forth or any action taken. So TBW's "OWN FRAUD MANAGER" (Craig Robeson Weitzel) committed fraud himself by hiring a bogus appraiser (Cynthia Speckman) to appraise the home. Her report came back identical with Miss Craft's false report, because Miss Speckman copied off of Miss Craft's report..?"Is this mortgage fraud?".."You betcha it is!".. 4. So then the following morning after Mr. Weitzel and Miss Speckman got caught for their intended misdeed, Mr. Weitzel contacted my husband and said he was "sending out another appraiser".. He also asked my husband on the phone, "what do you feel your damages should be?".. My husband replied, "he wanted the sell reversed like it never happened and our money back".. Mr. Weitzel didn't expect their second (Samatha Balsamo) appraiser to do an honest and professional report, but she did. The home came back to what my husband and I had stated since that it "IS" a one bedroom, much older then built in 1954..infact it was "remodeled in 1954 but built in the late 1800's, early 1900's and the foundation/wooden floors were severely warped/damaged and "unliveable".."Is this mortgage fraud?".."You betcha it is!".. 5. Mr. Weitzel from Taylor Bean & Whitaker stated if the home came back as a one bedroom, etc. That he would get together with Oakstar Bank/Julie Barker and rectify this serious illegal matter. Well the home came back as stated and Mr. Weitzel backed out on his promise while Oakstar Bank's/Julie Barker tried to justify that their appraiser (Kym M. Craft) made a mistake when she appraised a parlor and enclosed porch as additional bedrooms. Yet Miss Barker told me in an e-mail that "she was working on the situation for us".. The only thing these people worked on excluding Miss Balsamo was "covering their a*es".."Is this mortgage fraud?".."You betcha it is!".. 6. So the home gets foreclosed by TBW, knowing for a fact without a doubt and proof to back it up that "we" fell victims to mortgage fraud. TBW then list the home with Coldwell Banker-Vanguard with honest stipulations about the home. MLS #822280 showing the home is a "one bedroom" for $37,790's. Then later on reduced the selling price to $32,000's and still showing as a "one bedroom".. Reduced again to $29,900's and still showing as a "one bedroom".."Then later on the home priced at $34,900's and showing as a "two bedroom and built in 1954".. Mls #904566.. Then just recently the home is showing as a "two bedroom, built in 1954 and at $49,900's. Also showing new carpets, paint, ceramic tile, light fixtures and the french doors, "but doesn't mention in between those french doors is the "parlor".."Gosh I wonder why?".."Is this mortgage fraud?".."You betcha it is!"

7."So be aware, even if you have a realtor, lender and/or appraiser that is suppose to be working for you with professionalism and complete honesty, "DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME SIGHT UNSEEN AS WE DID" because even the so-called professionals can be "crooks" and unfortunately gives the "good guys a bad rap too"..
