The introductions they offered were/continue to be ridiculous. Recourse? Company representative Jill is unwilling to meet me

I paid $6000 for this service. The people that I have met through TDS were obvious mismatches&one gentleman truly looked old enough to be my father & acted even older. I have had approximately 10 introductions&all were almost laughingly ridiculous. I am very interested inpursuing a class action lawsuit.
