New Horizon Financial Services - Brandchise Media
This company is claiming to provide homeownership to anyone regardless of credit, citizenship, etc

Please beware of this company New Horizon Financial Services that is powered by Brandchise Media. The company claims to approve absolutely ANYONE for a home loan, no credit check, no employment check, just an automatic guaranteed approval because they have a group of investors who will buy the homes for you and then give you a lease to buy option. They are trying to sell "territories" in the US between $15K - $30K per state using a franchise model type system.

The person who is running this is Keith Lynch and Bethany Singh, both claim to work for Brandchise Media as marketing consultants/salespeople for New Horizon Financial Services. If you look up Keith Lynch's name he will show up on usacomplaints.com as having another business he sold to someone for 26K called leadracer.com and it turned out to be a scam. Please beware of these scammers, they have put alot of time and effort into all the websites and legal documents to make it look real! I asked why both companies were not listed through the Better Business Bureau and why brandchisemedia got an F rating and his response was:

No, as a whole, we decided not to participate with the BBB.in my opinion, it is more of a professional blackmail, than an accurate service. Please note; however, that there is not a single complaint listed with the BBB, we just opted not to join.
