Illegally runs credit reports on ANYONE who responds to their ads, or calls them

Hallmark of NJ has a regular practice of illegally running credit checks on anyone who contacts them re: getting a free estimate, or even just asking for general information. This is done JUST by them having your name. It doesn't matter whether they EVER even come out to your home, or not. From the time that you contact them, either from their website, their television ad, a flyer or mailer that you receive at your home, or even from the telephone directory, IF YOU CONTACT THEM FOR ANYTHING, THEY WILL ILLEGALLY RUN YOUR CREDIT, which is damaging to you! Do not contact them for anything!
