I purchased a footlocker on 3/25/09 from hometodorm.com. I received an payment confirmation of $70 with free shipping on 3/26/09. On 6/2/09, I checked the website to determine the delivery date and it did not show one. I sent an email to Marci inquiring about the estimated delivery date.
On 6/3/09, I had not received an email response, so I made a phone call to the 800 number listed on the website and it went to a voicemail for Marci, so I left a message. On 6/4/09, I had not received an email response nor a return phone call, so I sent another email stating when I needed the footlocker by which was 6/13/09.
I made several phone calls from 6/5/09 to 6/7/09, to the 800 number with no response. On 6/6/09, I researched the website and found another phone number, (215) 957-0400, which had been changed to (215) 957-9814. I called and contacted a person who said Marci was not at that number but she would give her the message. I asked her about the website and she stated she didn't know anything about the website.
Today 6/8/09, I still have not heard anything from Marci and do not know about the merchandise I purchased. I feel I have beed ripped off and would like my money back and her website taken off the internet and marked as a scam.
