Beware

I requested 6 gowns from www.dressbuilder.com for my wedding on July 29. It's today March 23 and that Iam NEVERTHELESS lost among the gowns.

I called the master, Susan Jones, and she stated she'd check up on her. I never heard from her again. I sent her many times, simply to obtain no response. I named her on her mobile phone at least one time per week, and he or she'd dismiss my calls. Nowadays I eventually got your hands on her, and he or she hung-up on me the moment she discovered it had been me.

When it comes to remaining gowns, the craftsmanship is poor. Our mom's gown required severe strengthening and modifications from the local seamstress, and my mother in-lawis gown was cut to suit me, not her. All the gowns came crumpled-up in a plastic bag (one arrived packed in a walmart carrier, with THAT bag crammed into a classic, filthy, split orange plastic bag having a UPS tag slapped onto it) and smelling like tobacco smoke.

I'd initially requested all of the gowns in a black forest green. While weeks pass, I contact to discover what is happening, and that Iam advised they'd previously created the gowns but recognized too late they were the incorrect shade, so that they were promoting them on eBay and beginning around having a diverse material. I expected them to-go forward and deliver me material products, easily can work using the shade they'd created them in I Would simply alter my wedding colors to that particular. I never received something, and so I eventually requested them to simply send me among the gowns. Remember I'd been informed these were currently made. It required MONTHS to obtain the gown simply because they needed to ALLOW IT TO BE. After I went forward and accepted the colour (partially because of frustration, my wedding was nearby) in the place of delivering me the gowns immediately (that they must have, when they were previously finished) it got another several weeks. Since the gowns were STILL BEING MADE. Ann Jones had advised a set-out lie about their having previously created the gowns. They'd been resting about the purchase for nearly 6 months, and that I NEVERTHELESS have not obtained the sixth gown.

Today I submitted a using the Web Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3. Gov) I would recommend if you have been scammed by these folks, you document one aswell.individuals such as this have to PROCEED.
