Shutterfly offered my CC info to "Reservation Returns" who charged me $12 for six months, that we never approved. After I named Shutterfly about this they instantly offered me all my money-back, virtually pleading for me personally to not provide them with difficulty.
These were obviously within the incorrect also it bangs me that the company might abuse a customers trust - PARTICULARLY after I purchased $300 in holiday provides from them.
I Will now consider my business elsewhere.
