I bought two products from sears in kingston ny 3 years ago. The initial month the engine died and was changed by sears afterwards the gasket was dripping.
Next I'd a another issue but since I have didn't have a long guarantee sears wouldn't look after the problem. Couldn't use my lawn mower all last summer. Available at that point the indication was shattered and so I eventually got some cash as much as substitute the indication with a individual who focuses on this. Once the lawn mower was delivered, it had been smoking and yes the engine is shattered and also the gasket. I'd requested sears several time for you to substitute this garden mower they'd not really believed there is one issue after another. I just have 212 hours with this lawn mower. Yes it had been bought approximately 3 years but I really could not utilize it and sears wouldn't back it-up. I paid a great deal for this. I had been advised to get hold of Husquavarna and Husquavarn explained to make contact with Sears. I've had lots of issues and so I kept attempting to browse sears plus they wouldn't support. So much due to their plan of copying their item. Today I've invested over 700.00 t substitute the indication and that I still can't make use of this garden mower
May somone help me out below. Obviously it was a defaulty product. I can't afford to purchase another grass mower and that I settled another 700.00 to displace a which was fresh but didn't function.
