I was ripped off by G & N granite in early May-09, they advertise 19.95 Sqft granite install. But he kept on adding for every small item, including his gas charge. He took money and never completed the job. The Granite he promised was of inferior quality, and workman ship was very very bad. He kept on asking for money, on different pretext. He started with low on money, gave family reason and all sort of excuses.
I gave him money through check, and he came back after 2 weeks and did small work in the bathroom. He kept on delaying the work and never completed the work he started. After waiting for 4 weeks, I have to call another person to finish the work, he left everything in a mess
At the start he made big promises, but never completed the job now he is even refusing to give money back. His answer was sue me, I dont understand how these kind of people remain in business. I have to call authorities to register a formal complaint, but I have lost more than 3500/-
PLEASE stay away from this guy and save your lot of Headache.
He wont even give you his full name I have to dig up, county records to file official complaint. Real Name Georges Khanouf, and speaks fluent Arabic
