In good faith, we tried to buy an English BullDog from this breeder, White Oaks Bulldogs. We chose the dog we wanted from the internet pictures (2) and sent them $1550.00. They then said we had to pay paypal an additional $47.50. We sent that immediately. Paypal said they recieved the entire amount $1597.50 but White Oaks conitnued to barrage us with requests to send it over and over again.
Finally, we went to paypal and said we wanted out of the transaction. We filed a complaint - started to get threatening emails from White Oaks - saying that if we continued to try to get this money back they would continue to 'pick our pocket'.
Through the efforts of PayPal, we got back $1500.00 but lost $97.50 and never got any dog or receipts of the use of these funds.
It is our opinion that you must be careful (more careful than we were) in dealing with this Company. I'm not certain at this point if they ever had any dogs.
