On January 27th, my spouse and that I bought a room collection for the kids In The Room Supply in Lindenhurst. We place a down payment of $994.00 for that purchase. 24 hours later we recognized it was more income than we ought to be shelling out for a room collection at this time, therefore we named our salesman to stop the purchase. We were certain it wasn't an issue, and was informed we'd obtain our reimbursement paperwork within the email that week. Fourteen days passed and nothing. I called our salesman back. She apologized profusely. She stated she informed the store-manager, and stated the purchase was absolutely terminated, and our reimbursement could be released that week. Another week approved. I sent them-this period, to being truly a paper path. Described the problem. Requested the reimbursement be released by Mon or I'd need to challenge the cost with my charge card business. No telephone call, no reaction to my mail. And so I approached my charge card organization and started the lengthy, slow challenge procedure. I tried calling The Bed Room Supply again. I had been informed from the assistant to talk to Phil (the store-manager), but he'd quit for that evening. And so I quit an extended communication detailing that which was occurring, and begged him to please simply return our cash. Once more, used to do not get a return telephone call to actually recognize the issue. The challenge procedure continues to be underway, but I'd caution everybody not to conduct business having a business that has not a problem eliminating an order, but seemingly have sweaty fingertips as it pertains to returning your cash.
