Requested vessel stands via internet on 9/10/09. Charge card was billed when purchase paced. After I didn't notice From vendor following a handful of months I approached their customer support via email. Works out they never had item in-stock. Purchase ultimately ended and that I was informed that I'd be released a return. After I acquired my credit card record it didn't display the credit. I approached vendor again plus they stated they'd look after it. Got next charge card record also it nevertheless doesn't display reimbursement. I place the cost in challenge with my charge card organization plus they have released me a "temporary conditional" credit until this challenge is solved between your vendor and me. Vendor nevertheless promises the credit experienced on his finish which this really is today my issue using the charge card organization (Citicard). Citicard informs me they never got the credit in the vendor. Please notice attached emails and purchase confirmation. Main point here is the fact that this vendor got my cash and not delivered item and it has not yet returned me.
