Placed an order for translation on May 11th. It was supposed to have a turn-around or two days. I've sent emails asking about the status, and still have not received the item (although they claim it shipped on May 15th). On May 23rd I called them and they were supposed to re-ship within 48 hours and give me a tracking number. One week later... Still haven't received anything, not even the tracking number.
Unless I receive either the tracking number or better yet: the item itself, I would consider this company a fraud!
