In similar fashion to several other usacomplaints.com, QVC has taken to cancelling any and all accounts for any customer that exceeds their preset limit for returns. Doesn't matter that it take 12 sizes of clothes to find the right size for you.
Doesn't matter if they send you complete total junk - such as the shoe trees that fit Chinese shoes, but not American shoes. Doesn't matter that the stuff comes in broken or rusty. Doesn't matter if it doesn't work as advertised.
If you return more than 40% of your orders, you will be shut off. Completely, totally, you will be blackballed.
They don't care if you were profitable. They care if you exceeded a number.
They also cancel ANY and all accounts for that same address. So, if the wife and husband both have accounts, they will cancel them both. Even if one NEVER had a return.
