They are still Ripping People Off it seems

I ordered a pool liner at www.pooldeals.com on 5/17, and the receipt I received stated that my order would be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Well its been two weeks and I have left voice mail messages because you can not reach anyone no matter what time of day you call their customer service, I have written three emails now and no response except for one that states they dont understand what the delay but because the liner is being shipped directly from the warehouse and this is a very busy time of the year is no excuse.

I have asked for my money to be returned or for them to contact a local pool company and get my liner to me, but yet still no answer.

It seems to me that they need to be investaged by the AG office.
