My husband and I were selling furniture and posted an ad on Craig's List and received a call from Cathy Felton from Consignment Depot. We spoke to Cathy, she was interested and confident in selling our Baer's couch and love seat. We signed a contract and agreed to try to have her sell our couches. 5-6 Months after giving our merchandise, we contacted her to let her know that we were picking up our couches. She told us that she had them sold and that in 2 weeks she would issue checks and they will be mailed out to the consumers.
It's almost a year and I've been trying to get in touch with Cathy Felton, the owner of Consignment depot at her email "cathy felton", and phone of 305-232-0304 and no response. I am forwarding this information to local authorities as well as a local Miami attorney. I will do what I can to shut down this woman's business! Do not do business with Cathy Felton! She is a liar, a con artist and bad business person.
