I join directv since feb with contract 29,99/month. Today bcs something wrong with the antenna I call directv what wrong with the signal, but talk about money that I must to pay 52,99/month. The first time I call customer service they never explain about rebate, now they talk about rebate and they can't return my money $280. And if I disconnect they will charge me for disconnection plus the rebate that they don't want to give to me and also I was trying to arrange and it took me more than 2 hours on the phone to find out what a terrible costumer service they have is a nightmare I regret so much to be in there hands and how they screw me.
So directv theft my money...
