We purchased a veery overprice furnace and central AC March. We call for a AC check that they were offering. Very pushy sales rep talked my husband into purchasing an overprice unit. Our natural gas bill went up and the air conditioner will not even work this year. When calling the company you get a message they are reorginazing and your call goes to mail box 100 which is full. E-mails go unanswered. I now request the 100% money back guarantee but as expected no re-ply. I called Goodman Consumer Affairs who is listed on the warranty which was just as usless. I will never again do business with this company nor purchase an Amana product again.
