Does now answer phone, won't return calls, won't delive

Sharkee Flits was paid to find some rare shark teeth for an assignment that I have. I paid them upfront and they said they would find these for me from different countries in the Caribean. However, it has been over 2 months and they won't return my phone calls! What do I do?
