Complaint Description:
Glenn W. Woods, "owner" of Mike Follett Rare coins, purchased rare coins from my elderly mother and gave her a $33,755.81 nsf chk. Won't return calls. Glenn Woods, who represents himself as owner/proprietor of the coin shop "Mike Follett Rare Coins, met with my elderly, 80yr old mother at her home and purchased $33,55.81 coins for which he paid with an nsf check.
We repeatedly tried to contact Mr. Woods, but to no avail in that he refused to return any of our calls. The case has been turned over to the 19th District of Oklahoma, District Attorney's office. I was informed today that Mr. Woods has been arrested in Dallas, Tx and is awaiting transfer to jurisditction in Oklahoma. Please beware of doing any kind of business with the Thief, Glenn W. Woods and/or his coin shop, "Mike Follett Rare Coins".
