Ought frigidaire washer/dryer because of rebates offered. Got all rebates except the free soap. Called cms rebate center & was told they would send out the soap coupons. Never rec'd. Called back (5 wks later) & was basically called a liar. Was told the tide & bounce coupons come together & there was no way I couldn't have rec'd my tide coupons. I rec'd a coupon book w/6 bounce coupons in it & that was it... No soap coupons. Lady said she would do some further checking & get back w/me & I've never heard anything since. Emailed the company (they say they'll respond within 3 days) and haven't rec'd anything back. I just want my free soap!!!
