I got ripped off from this company plain and simple. Went through facebook.com to complete an offer from this company. If you made a purchase (each item was 9.00) then you would get 'x' amount of points (Zanga games). I ended up ordering 2 pieces of jewlery (it was for mother's day). First item came-I thought it was a joke-this item IS NOT sterling silver was of very poor quality and NOT what I ordered. We went out of town for 3 days... Came home to find another package from this company... Opened it and another crappy piece of jewlery (also not what I ordered). Anyway I was going to send the items back and could not get anyone to return my many calls.
I later went online to check my debit account because I had a sneaking suspicion that they were up to no good. They had already charged my credit card for $68.00 5 TIMES!
Going through the back door on facebook.com there was no 'club' to join-the offer was plain and simple.
I have cancelled my debit card and am being issued a new one. I have incurred overdraft charges of $35 x3. I have also filed a complaint with my bank in order to get the overdraft charges removed and my money back.
Please, Please, please do not buy anything from this company!
