I paid in $280 and completed all the work required and now they say I'm not eligible for payment

I read all the information required, including the fine print, and was told that I would be paid for the work completed and returned. This is a total fraud. I have completed 3 batches of postcards The first was for 100 post cards the second and third batches were for 500 postcards. I at least want the money I spent refunded to me. They say I am not eligible. Nowhere can I find it stating that I am not eligible. This is a true FRAUD!
