Ripoff - For two years they've charged for magazines I've never received. Nationwide

I've been receiving charges from NSS magazines for two years. The first year they charged me for Maxim, Stuff and Entrepreneur.

This year I received another statement from them on my credit card. This time they charged $17.94 for Stuff and $19.97 for Entrepreneur.

Last year I filed a report with my bank, because I live in Mexico and NEVER got any magazines. After doing some research, my bank give gave up and I never got my money back.

This time, I'm here trying to get some help, because I don't want this company stealing my money forever. I tried to call to the 800 numbers provided, but all I have is a "no service" message.

Hope to find some help and my money back.
