Ripoff-states free magazines NOT TRUE consumer fraud ripoff

I was offered some free magazines for one year after doing a consumer survey. There was to be no charges.
I recently got my banck statement and I was charged service charges as well as $136.00 for 3 magazines that I had not received for one year.

Through usacomplaints.com I found other people who had been ripped-off. That is where I got the phone number and address for NSS.

I called the toll free number for NSS and was being assisted by a voice prompted service-no live person to tell my problems.

They have stated that I will be reimbursed for all my charges within the next 2 billing cycles and they gave me confirmation numbers. I hope I get my money back.
