Proflowers offered charge card data to 2 providers Dest Design and EZSaver once they stated on the website that shipping of $15.00 bucks could be free, which never occurred incidentally. Every time I contact they claim they're sealed. They've billed me $14.95 when and $1.95 twice in under per month.
