Took Money, No Services New York City

We were a customer [Appliance Repair] of YesLocal since March. For the first 8 months we saw fantastic results. Gave them glowing reports to potential customers. As of December we started to see a drop off in leads & calls. Made a few phone calls and sent a few e-mails for answers, took a couple of days but got an answer fro a fellow named John, who told me that they were in the process of moving their offices but would be back up on line in a week. Weeks passed and nothing happened. So in March called John again and he told me that they weren't doing pay-per click any more and that they didn't debit my account. I told him that that wasn't true so he said he would look into it. When I called him again he told me he wasn't with the company any more. I don't get responses from Melanie Jonas, a principal with the company or her husband Jeffery. I am out about $3500.00 that was debited from my account and no services since January. I have put a stop on them debiting my account in the future. They are no longer at the address in NYC and no listed address for them unless someone has located them. My only recourse is to take them to small claims court to recoup my money but I need an address. If anybody else is in the same situation as I get in touch. Would love to hand it to these low lifes.
