My sister, together with her Australian boyfriend went shopping at Bohol Quality Mall last February.in just split seconds, my sister found out that her handbag was missing with their passports, mobile phones, credit and ATM cards, digital camera, etc. She immediately informed the head of the security about her stolen handbag and asked for help to recover it by checking the customers handbag before leaving Bohol Quality Mall, but instead of responding to it, the head of the security said: THE CUSTOMERS WILL BE ANGRY IF WE"RE GOING TO CHECK THEIR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING BOHOL QUALITY MALL. WE CAN"T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! Your handbag was stolen already! What a useless head of the security at BOHOL QUALITY MALL in Tagbilaran City. I'm pretty sure, if the head of the security responded to it immediately, my sister's handbag will still be recovered. What kind of security guards do they have? What are the purposes of having security cameras inside BOHOL QUALITY MALL in Tagbilaran City? My sister's handbag was gone already, just like what the useless head of the security have said, however, I hope this complaint will serve as a warning specially for tourists and balikabayans and even to those who are planning to shop at BOHOL QUALITY MALL in Tagbilaran City. Please be careful... Or think first. Or Don't shop at BOHOL QUALITY MALL in Tagbilaran City. They don't have quality security service to protect their customers from thieves / shoplifters. They don't deserve their name.
