Reservation Rewards
Webloyality.com Unknown charges on my bank statement, upon investigation I knew of the scam, they got me again!

I had just resolved a scam with JC Penny offering a $10 or $20 coupon off my next purchase on line. No coupon was ever sent or credited to my account. However, Family Fun Rewards signed me up to their "program", charging me $9.95 registration and $9.95 a month. It was going on for a year before I noticed; I thought it was something my wife purchased. It turned out to be some dining and shoping discount program (no book or information of any kind was sent by the company). These guys couldn't sell this program with a gun and a goon, so they resort to subterfuge and slight-of-hand. I got all my money back, to my amazement, with assistance from BBB in Texas. But does lightning strike twice in the same spot? When it deals with scams, you know the answer. This time I ordered flowers from Wesley Berry Flowers (FTD) out of Commerce Township, Michigan 48390 May. You know the rest of the story. They offered a savings of $10 on your next order. Having discovered, that I was signed up in another program, Reservation Rewards, and the price has gone up to $12 a month! I called Wesley Berry Flowers 800-628-9371 and made a complaint in a less than diplomatic manner. The telemarketing lady didn't know what I was talking about and she hung-up on me. I sent an email to them saying that their Website was conspiring with Reservation Rewards by removing money from my bank account without authorization. They called me the following morning, this poor guy had no idea what was going on. I asked him to go to his own Website and order flowers and see what happens. I explained to him that someone in the company (probably the CFO) has cut a deal with Reservation Rewards probably on the pretext of generating additional revenue by providing credit and or debit card information for the purpose of defrauding your customers. This kind of activity can absolutely kill a business. We can strike back. Go to the FBI website, click on wirefraud, or bank fraud, and make the complaint. These days, the FBI has a lot on their plate. Fraud has become a National Pastime and the Crime of Choice, (little penalty, great reward), but the FBI will get to your complaint hopefully, before the CEO Richard Fernandez relocates to Argentina.
