Walter Raymond Shepler was living in Florida and prying on older people with his charming con ways. Promises were made to do handyman fixings throughout their houses and gardens. He starts with his charm and what will be done, starts the work, asks for 50 percent payment, then never shows up again.
He has changed the name of his landscaping business as he has been sued for work not completed and money taken which can be verified in the Palm Beach County Clerks Office. He is not licensed and will swindle you. Do not trust walter shepler!
