Cic Credit Monitor Svc ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I am not even in the US and I had my credit card billed by this people. I never visited their site like some others Ive read. I have no idea where they got enough info about me to make the charge (this credit reports are being used by crooks it seems)

I live in Costa Rica and my credit card is from a Costa Rica'n Bank. I have contacted my bank to have the charge reversed ASAP and YES I will participate in any kind of legal action against these people.
