Long story, but I have... Had a girlfriend in Canada. I was trying to find a cheap way to talk to her. My phone company which will remain anonymous, V@#$*%n W*&^%@#s, had a new promotion called friends and family. They also had something call the plus Canada Plan. So, I combined the two. Before I signed up for this plan I called numerous times to double and triple check. They told me my calls would be unlimited to the line I added even in a "extended network." Apparently, I was misinformed. I noticed weird charges and my minutes being used. So, I called right away and the rep said that this would be corrected at the end of the month. It never was. And I ended up with a $3,604 dollar phone bill. Please help!!!
