A website named www.bagandstyle.com took 245.20p out of my account. The order for a Chlo handbag was placed on the 16th March. We still have not received the item and now the website has disappeared.
This should not be happening. I want my money back or for the people running this scam to be found and punished.
We contacted the website via a "24 hour online support" feature on their website. We received an email back on the 30th March stating that they were swapping to a more reliable courier, and not to worry because delivery is guaranteed and we would receive our item.
Still nothing.
