We bought a spa and gazebo In The Great Escape and also have had only issues. We paid-for a brand new Gazebo plus they mounted an extremely broken ground model. It was mounted backwards, the windows were broke, handles were broke, bits of timber were carved-out, the body was bent and also the doorway won't close.
