On 7/25/09 my spouse and that I bought 10 x-10 gazebo from Harrows in Paramus, NJ. When requested, cashier and salesman informed us we'd a-10 day return policy. Due to wet climate, we did not make an effort to construct the gazebo until 8/2/09. That morning we built the gazebo on the protected terrace within our lawn. An rainstorm came through and after about 3 hours to be up, steel areas of the gazebo broke. These were rusted through.
On 8/3/09 we attemped to return the gazebo to Harrows (within 10 days) was only offered a replacement of the obviously defective product. We informed the supervisor that people didn’t need an upgraded for an obviously faulty item, we needed a return. He informed us these garden gazebos aren't designed to endure a water storm which warrantees didn't protect an "work of God."
This appears to be their tale plan.
