We purchased a new heating and AC unit. It stopped working in less than a year. They were not responsive in fixing the problem

Bryant Heating installed a $6000 AC Furnace Unit in our home. Less than a year later it stopped working. They were not responsive in fixing the problem and kept putting us off for repairs. They were unwilling to work with our schedule. They DO NOT stand behind the products they install.
