Breach of contract by not follow through of breedings and will not give my deposit back

I put a deposit of $1000.00 for a pick male out of Grand Champion Bel Monte Romulus di Godiva x Multi.inter. Grand Champion Gator Country Lira. Breeding to be done in the spring of 2008.

Thats in my contract now they moved the breeding to fall 2008. I ask for my deposit back and they refuse to do so now I am have to go to court with a friend of mine who has $3000.00 down on 2 of their breedings that they are not going to do.

I filed a complaint report with the Consumer Fraud Unit in Orlando, Florida. Case #w-09-04-0868 Investigator Krauss.
