At my most vulnerable time, after being laid-off, I was pulled into this ripoff by a super salesman who led me on with promises of valuable tools and "counselling" to make me more marketable. Additionally, when I voiced feelings of buyers remorse, I was repeatedly told that I could back out and have my initial payment refunded. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the salesman (who prefers, of course, to call himself a "vice president") with my request to cancel, I was told that my case was being sent to a central office. After a few days, I received a call from an office person, notifying me that my request for refund had been received by "Steve" and that he would be reviewing my case. It is now more than a week later and I have still not been contacted by either "Steve" or the original salesman, to whom I have left more voice mail messages because he is NEVER available by phone because he is always meeting with other prospective clients. The only positive aspect in this case is that I did not pay the full price at the beginning of this problem. Mary Las Vegas, Nevada
