I found National Magazine Exchange phone number in the U.S. Post office moving literature. It said call to have your magazines readdressed. They talked me into buying magazines. They wanted my card number for identity purpose. I was suppose to pay by check. They lied. They tried to bill my card. As I told them, it was full. Capital One disallowed it. I called Capital One and they suggested a card number change for the same account. This stopped them. Now they are sending me threating billing notices. I have sent two notices of cancelation. They have seemingly ignored them.
