Important and urgent notice to consumers! Ms. Cathy Gallagher of Sienna Pointe Vizslas in Algonquin, IL has stated on this website, in her "rebuttal, " that she is only concerned about the well-being of our dog (you can read that for yourselves). We purchased our puppy from Ms. Gallagher, we remain his legal and rightful owners (proof is on the contract and all legal documents), and have provided a safe, warm, loving home for our little guy from the date he came into our lives.
May we please warn you and suggest extreme caution regarding the very statement Ms. Gallagher has just made, stating that she is "only concerned about the well-being of this dog, period."
In a very recent letter we received from Ms. Gallagher, in two separate paragraphs, she stated 1) she will never return our gog to us and 2) she WOULD consider returning our dog to us, but only on the condition that we pay her an additional $5600 for our own dog. If Ms. Gallagher is truly ONLY concerned about the well-being of our dog, as she clearly states in her rebuttal, why would she talk with so much inconsistency and bring such an offer like that to us? I think we all know what that might be termed in a court of law. We are not asking for anything else but the safe, expedited return of our dog to our home and family.
To all dog lovers and potential buyers out there, again, PLEASE be aware of this issue, this company, and the woman who owns it before you even consider doing any kind of business with her... PLEASE be informed and do not allow this to happen to you... We will fight to the end of time to get OUR dog back... We love him and cherish him, and he will forever be a member of our family... We can only hope and pray that by putting this information out there for you, you will educate yourself about what Ms. Gallagher is capable of doing and, as a result, will make the decision to steer clear of this company yourselves... Better safe than sorry
