In the fall of 2007 my son & I hired the services of Charles Bear to protect my mother, Mary Boelman's (who was dying) estate from a son she loathed and other unspeakable individuals and fix papers up so everything went to my side of the family as we were the only ones who cared for her. After taking all of our money we fell victim to various court actions taken against us, we lost the property and everything else, because Charles Bear gave us bad advice. I would like a lot of the money back that we paid him for worthless advice. Knowing what I know now I could have done a better job being my own attorney.
