I requested a hospital accident insurance policy offered through my business with Bank of America be cancelled in April. I called and wrote the company but, they have continued to take the premium until April. I again requested cancellation and a return of my premiums but, they to date continue to return my money. They say that they have no record of my request but, that is not true. They use horrible business practices and I feel ripped off because the time I have had to put into this process is overwhelming. I am going to check on what my legal recourse is in this matter.
