I bought a Fantom Stay Vacuum from K Mart in Sept or March. Due to function being completed about the home I required a brand new filter in late-November based on the lighting about the machine. I had been not able to look for a shop in my own region that offered the filters for that machine (one company stated these were informed they might not promote the Fantom filters until they offered the Fantom product-line) and so I visited the web and discovered the Business's site. I had beennot sure just how long the filter might last and so I went forward and requested two filters on 12-6-05. On 12-27-05 my card was debited for that purchase. Some tips about whatis happening-not happening to date:
12-6-05: ordered two filters
1-19-06: I emailed fantom to find out where the filters were and when I could expect them.
1-20-06: they responded by e-mail (I held it) stating the purchase went on December 23rd and since I have hadnot obtained it they'd reship it the moment possible.
1-21-06: I couldn't answer the tackle about the e-mail and needed to return to the fantom site to confirm my tackle and out after I might anticipate the filters to reach.
1-25-06: they responded by e-mail (I held it) stating that my components were on backorder but a cargo was likely to appear Jan 29th so that as quickly because they arrived in they'd be delivered quickly.
2-1-06: I emailed them to again to ask when I could expect the filters.
2-2-06: They replied saying the order had been sent out January 31st and that it should arrive shortly.
2-6-06: I emailed them saying I was no longer patient and wanted them to send the filters to me by express order.
2-10-06: I sent them seeking my cash back.
There's no tackle or telephone number on the site - how do you have it? Our next issue is the fact that I NEVERTHELESS require the filter; any concept where I will have them?
