Made an error but would not exchange product

Obtained a memory for fridge filters which were on document with proper part number. Had requested previously and with no issue. Purchased three filters for 96.00 in December but did not have to substitute the filter before lighting transformed (September) that was more than 6 weeks in the day requested. After I attempted to displace the filter, it had been apparent that it had been the incorrect one. After I appeared about the bill the initial filter number was mentioned, however the 3 they delivered were another quantity. Attempted to describe to customer support about their problem and experienced there would not be considered a difficulty to switch the filters for that proper types because it was their error. No such thing past their brain. No and ifs or buts, it'd been more than 6 monts plus they would not do something about delivering the incorrect component despite the fact that the right element number was on theri bill. Because there hadnot been any issue together delivering the incorrect filters previously, there isnot a have to examine they had delivered the right types. Obviously, we will not be purchasing any items from Whirlpool later on.
