This company calls constantly, despite being told repeatedly that my son does not live at the address they are calling, nor is that his phone number. They have hung up on me when I have asked who is calling, and once a caller started screaming at me when I told him not to call me again. They have repeatedly asked me to take a message, which I have refused to do and told them as much, and ask my relationship to him.
I have looked at my caller ID to find as many as 12 calls in a row from this company. I have had them absolutely refuse to give the company name, or to give a name of the caller. During the most recent call I told them that I had now made repeated requests for them to stop calling, to which "Crystal" responded, "I don't have any record of that in front of me."
She hung up after I told her I could give her dates, times, and the names of the company representatives I had now told to stop calling me. This is now bordering on harassment, with extremely rude and nasty representatives, and I would love to hold them accountable for repeated calls after being requested to stop. The next complaint is going to the Maryland Attorney General's Office, with some hope of relief.
